Orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) in the following countries: Switzerland, UK, European Union countries. In all other countries, delivery is DDU (duty-free return). If you select a country where products are delivered DDU (duty-free return), the prices shown do not include customs duties or sales taxes, for example, VAT. The recipient of the delivery is responsible for paying all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes due to the country of receipt of the product. Payment of said impositions is necessary for the clearance of the current order.
EU citizens who do not have a VAT number will be charged 22% Italian VAT in addition to the order.
2. ORDER TRACKING
Once the goods are shipped, the recipient receives a confirmation e-mail containing the airway bill number to use to track the progress of the delivery.
3. DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY
Before the order is shipped, we may need to verify the recipient’s contact information with the issuing institution of the card used for payment. We will do our best to shorten this term as much as possible. The goods will be shipped except in cases of force majeure within 24 hours after receipt of payment. For unavailable gel items the deadline is extended to 5 days for production. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the impact of going through customs on delivery deadlines.
LANSA insures each item until it is delivered. Upon signing for receipt of the order, it is the recipient who becomes responsible for the items purchased. If the originator had designated a third party as the recipient (for a gift, for example), the originator himself agrees that the signature of the third party (or others at his address) constitutes proof of delivery, performance of LANSA’s obligations, and transfer of liability.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product.

We accept Visa and MasterCard circuit cards.
7. SECURE PAYMENT
All site transactions are conducted on SIX Payment Services AG, a secure online payment platform that encrypts data from the card in a highly secure environment.
8. WEBSITE SECURITY
